the hotel was fine but your website is terrible ,there is no direct email to booking.ccom only a noreply email that you keep sending me i have tried to send several emails , trying to let your website people know that your website has been hacked, and scammers got my visa card from it ,and tried to use with in 2 hours of buying the 1- days package for this hotel on your website word of advice have a contact customer care email readily available and easy to see on your website not hiding behind this stupid generic email noreply until you do this, i wont be using your website again , customer service not A I and generic crap , its so facebook and uber like , no one wants it

Loved the hotel location and view from the balcony. Room 2806 got the best view. The check-in process was smooth and the lady was very kind, attentive and responsive. House keeping staffs are excellents too. The room is comfortable. Nice pillow and blanket.

I liked the location, the size of the room, and the view from the 11th floor room 1108. The staff was attentive and helpful. there is always a Bluebird waiting at the lobby.
